If you have a few hours a week and would like to help support a nonprofit, community organization, we encourage you to consider volunteering with us.

The Vermont Granite Museum is a wonderful place to learn and explore. We seek volunteers interested in gardening, carpentry, trail maintenance, research, cataloging collections, helping out with educational programs and special events, and assisting with office tasks. Volunteers are integral to the Vermont Granite Museum’s success and are offered great benefits, including free membership to the Museum, an annual recognition event, and more.

Unpaid interns

Throughout the year, the Vermont Granite Museum offers unpaid internship opportunities for high school, college, and graduate students. Our unpaid internships are designed to suit the intern’s interests. Projects and areas of interest that interns may study include:
