Rentals

Private, corporate, and community groups can rent the Museum building and grounds for cocktail receptions, luncheons, dinners, meetings, seminars, presentations, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and other events. Select promotional or commercial events also may be allowed at the Museum. With enough prior warning, the following fee structure is negotiable for nonprofits with limited budgets at the Museum Board’s discretion.

During the Museum Season (May 1 – October 31)

Sunday-Tuesday events ($1,000/full day – $750/half day)

Wednesday-Saturday evening ($500)

During the Off Season (November 1 – April 30)

Sunday-Saturday ($750/full day – $500/half day – $250/evening)

Accessibility

The public spaces, exhibitions, and programs at the Vermont Granite Museum are designed to be accessible for visitors with disabilities. Oversized designated parking spaces are available near the museum entrance for visitors with disabilities. Service animals are welcome in the Museum and on its grounds. The Museum building and grounds, including its restrooms, are accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who need to avoid stairs. The Museum’s walking trails are packed soil and may not be usable by wheelchairs during inclement weather. Some wheelchairs are available for use free of charge within the Museum building on a first-come, first-served basis. Select exhibition materials are available in large print transcripts, audio files, and hands-on objects.
