This little machine is called a Vacu-Lift. It operates on a vacuum principle. As you can see. the man is not holding the marker up. simply guiding it. The little Vacu-Lift is doing the lifting. This is an efficient way for us to move markers around — in particular. unloading them from steel pallets when they are sawed in multiples. such as this marker was.
